Robert Slocum: Allstate Insurance

All my business is done online, Robert Slocum and his staff is great 👍 as is All-State Insurance, been with them going on 8 years. Great rates 👌 too.

This company does not care about listening to the customer. They raised my rate without a real explanation. And when I pointed out the simple math they did not care. Sure they referred me to another company who ended up not following through on their end. Horrible office, horrible follow-up from an industry that literally knows that they can screw you over and there's nothing that you can do about it. Would give a zero or negative if I could. Do not use this branch or All State in general if you can avoid it.

They were very responsive when I needed to file claim from my home ins. My agent is keeping me informed with what they are doing. The reason for 4 stars is because it’s expensive. Possibly more than other companies.

I almost never write reviews but I want to take a minute to say thank you to our agent Mayra at Allstate/Robert Slocum who, since our very first meeting, has been showing us the most incredible customer service and flexibility with our needs. My car got backed into by a hit-and-runner a few months after we got their auto insurance and my car was taken care of with no questions asked. We now have a couple more insurances with them solely because we appreciate how easy it is to communicate with them and know that Mayra is only a phone call away if/when we have any questions. We truly feel that we are in safe hands with Allstate thanks to Mayra who works hard to make everything effortless and easy for the customer. Thank you!

My car insurance rates increased by $100 a month this year due to "increases in state coverage." I spent 50 minutes chatting with an agent, and the most they could reduce that by was $15 per month (after I made drastic changes to my policy that don't benefit me). Anyway, insurance is a predatory industry that only gives the illusion of protection.
