Horrible customer service, they pass you to different unhelpful representatives. They do not care about the customer’s experience, only about how to avoid pay outs or reimbursements. My car has been in the shop for over a month, and they refuse to approve the claim and keep placing blame on their own vendors and auto shop partners. Look for your insurance/warranty elsewhere.

They'll do anything they can to make sure they don't cover your claim. Useless representatives. They would send your grandmother in a car with no brakes on a tour of the grand canyon. Wish I could give zero stars.

An abysmal institution. When your only “in network” mechanics are a tire shop and a mobile mechanic who charge an arm and a leg extra your customer should not be charged a penalty for issues. I don’t review companies often but this one deserves it. They are an absolute sham of a company with awful customer service.

very quick and fast when it comes to claims ! live person is always avaliable and all are very helpful ! they dont play the blame game like its your fault or we wont cover this or cover tht !! they stand behind wht the warrenty covers !!! over all they are the best and ownest people !! thank you
