I have been a loyal customer of Ellen Nita since January 2016 for car insurance, homeowners’ insurance and flood insurance policies. My sister and mother have also had homeowners and life insurance policies that were handled by Ellen Nita. Throughout the years the team have been amazing to deal with, particularly during difficult times when claims have to be filed. The team have always been knowledgeable, professional, responsive, cordial and caring. My sister recently passed away in 2025 and Nancy and Joelle have been so amazing in helping my mother, my nephew and me through this crisis. My mother is very appreciative of the service and how they make us feel when we stop by the office. I can’t think of another team that I would want to handle my insurance needs.
