Yes, this is a bad idea. As in New Jersey car insurance bad. File an accident claim, expect no response to any corrections you make and updates are rare. Eventually they'll pay you. Pay the bill on their website & you will be gouged with a 'Third Party Processing Fee*: $14.95'. Mighty nice of them. They will take days and days to update your amount paid if you pay them normally from your bank's online bill pay. The fun part is that the monthly billing amounts change slightly month to month. You will get the notice of the new bill on the 12th of the month with the 1st of the next month being the due date. Adding to the glorious pile is that if you foolishly mail them a check, you're looking at maybe 10 days before it gets processed.

Cure is a scam MY daughter took my car without my permission and had a accident someone run into her. I file a claim in November.Could never get in touch with anyone when I did they say it was under investigation with Bennett for days Mr Bennett gave me the run around set up phone appointment and either call early or not at all. Had my daughter call him under her number he answer and made a appointment with her I call him he answer And I confirm the appointment he said oh that wasn't you and in head I thought well you are suppose to be an investigator and I have talk to you numerous time. Huh . I got a letter today stating that they wasn't going to pay my claim because of misrepresentation did not list everyone in my home. I never lied I do have some lost of hearing in my ears and speakin

When CURE first became available in Michigan, I was ecstatic because we were really getting gouged in the insurance market. I secured auto insurance with CURE and they gave me an awesome rate!!! Everything was great for around six months or so and then they got me. I paid my premium on line the day before it was due. My account was immediately debited and they cancelled my insurance for non-payment. I had to file a complaint with the BBB to get my insurance reinstated. That happened twice. Also, I have a problem with a company charging me to pay my bill. Then my premium per month was never the same and kept creeping up without notice or an explanation. I have a perfect driving record, I don't live in a "high crime" area and my job is within eight miles from my home. I have decide

Extremely disappointed with CURE Auto Insurance. My vehicle was stolen while I had full coverage, and instead of helping their customer, they looked for any excuse to deny my claim. Their reason? I didn’t list my daughter on the policy—even though she lives in a completely separate unit and does not reside with me. After paying for insurance expecting protection in situations exactly like this, they chose to deny the claim over a technicality that has nothing to do with the theft of my vehicle. It feels like this company is more focused on avoiding responsibility than supporting the people who pay them every month.

This has been the worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. The claims process has been extremely frustrating. My adjuster, Nicole Jackson, does not answer phone calls or return messages regarding my claim. Communication has been very poor, which has caused unnecessary delays and stress. I expected better customer service and professionalism when dealing with an insurance claim.
