STAY AWAYY! I was deliberately misled and told that two minor car accidents that were not my fault were the reason why my insurance polices were so high. I asked multiple times if I was not at fault, why are my fees so high. I was told that it doesn't matter that you are not at fault, your policy automatically goes up. So I was quoted $8,000 for a toyota and a mazda. I went to another agency with the EXACT coverage and was less than $1500. He showed me in the underwriter database that it showed "not at fault" and he clarified that I never should have been given such high estimates. He also pointed out that I was being charged full fee for a basement on a house that didn't even have a basement. Also be forewarned that after the initial estimate, they keep adding on extra fees throughout

Poor customer service! I received a quote as a referral and when I decided I wanted to move forward you could hear crickets chirping. I have left numerous messages with Christine and the receptionist and NO ONE calls me back. So where they may have had multiple policies they bow have NONE of my business nor would I refer them.
