I've been using them for business coverage for many years with multiple businesses now and have never had an issue. I moved from different commercial insurance companies over the years where I was just a number. I would have little to no contact with actual humans unless I waited on hold for an hour, now my call gets picked up by a human the first time I call and my questions always get answered. I 10/10 recommend them, they have a helpful, kind and knowledgeable team that makes sure you are taken care of!

I've dealt with Shoreline for both my business and personal insurance needs for years. I've tried other agencies and know many agents, but none have every given me the level of service and consideration that they provide. The true test of an insurance office is claims handling and they pass with flying colors. There has never been a dropped ball and they go to bat with the underwriters on my behalf. Top notch and highly recommended.
