Terrible hours had to do everything myself through the insurance company not sure why I'm paying an agent

My family has been a customer of McKenzie Price for many years, a very satisfied customer! When I need a policy change, a question answered, Tom is right on it. The staff is always polite and willing to help with anything I need. They’re prompt and efficient. I’ve recommended MP to several people and I know they are also pleased with them. It's taken far too long to write this review - but after 12 years of having our auto insurance handled with McKenzie Price I guess I can leave a very accurate review! I cannot say enough good about MP. Over 12 years time we've had a couple different agents we've primarily dealt with, in addition to conversations with others on staff, and it's always been pleasant, thorough, easy, and fully transparent. The auto insurance world is intimidating and often mind-numbingly frustrating, but the folks here somehow make it easy. Any policy changes, claims, and just general questions are all dealt with quickly (often immediately). The real cherry on top is that when the situation at hand is especially a bummer (like your parked car getting totaled by an uninsured drunk driver) they are kind and sym
