Rachael was amazing. We took up way too much of her time but she was very helpful and friendly.

I had help from two wonderful against; Daisy and Alma; they both worked together to help me find the cheapest insurance, they took notes and listened to the why's and what's of what I needed for my family. I called multiple insurance agencies and LA insurance was quick, considerate, and found me the cheapest risks as a high risk driver. They busted their butts and treated me like MY insurance was THEIR insurance and they were both super easy to communicate with. I highly recommend at least taking the time to get a quote!

Rachel always makes it a pleasant experience in a stressful situation. I actually go to LA Insurance because she is there and makes it easier on me and explains things throughly. Thanks Rachel keep up the good work. I hope LA INSURANCE KNOWS WHAT A GREAT EMPLOYEE THEY HAVE.

Called to get prices on insurance. The dealership gave them vin numbers, and they looked it up. I personally call, to check on a few vehicles, and they tell me no, they don't do that. Highly unprofessional. I do not recommend L.A. Insurance to anyone.
