Auto-Owners Insurance Muskegon Claims

Had a very easy and quick experience with my Deer Claim. Been an insurance agent for over 5 years also and would recommend AutoOwners to everyone!!

This is my first time filing a claim with Auto Owners and it was indeed a great experience. It was fast and the claims adjuster Sonya was very informative and efficient in getting everything processed faster than any other company I have ever worked with. Unfortunately, my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT met it's demise after colliding with a deer on a Friday evening after dark. Because fluids were leaking, it had to be towed to an impound lot until I was able to contact my insurance agent. Shortly after 9AM on Monday, I gave the details to my agent and she advised that an adjuster would contact me by the next day. Amazingly, I received a call from the adjuster, Sonya Drayton, within 2 hours! Once she had my information and the location of the impound lot, she arranged to have my Jeep towed to the body shop of my choice for evaluation and estimate. I unfortunately totaled my car 2 weeks ago, my representative was Michelle Geissinger. She is very caring and personable! She made sure that I got every penny possible for the value of my vehicle from my claim. Her response time to texts, calls and emails is super fast. The claim process was as stress free as possible, given the circumstances, I believe all thanks to Michelle! I have had poor experiences with other insurance companies but after this experience and how it was handled I will definitely be a customer for life and recommend Auto Owners and Michelle as a representative to everyone!
