I and to go into Carpenter's insurance to cancel a policy I no longer needed on a vehicle. The staff member who took care of me was cordial and efficient in getting the policy canceled, and I was in and out of the office within approximately 10 minutes. I appreciated their quick service.
Their small meal basket is such a great deal! Easily the best eatery in East Muskegon. I plan on having my wedding in their parking lot. 10/10
Customer Service at it's best! If an EMT is needed because something has hit the windshield or my car has been destroyed, I know I will get honest answers to all my questions, competent service and fast results.
Very welcoming! They take their time to find the best deals for you.
Had them for a insurance but just changed to state farm good people though
