Shirley L Stith: Allstate Insurance

My family has been with Allstate for over 50 years and Im sad to say that after speaking with Andrea who works in Shirley's office I would not recommend this office to anyone unless Shirley cleans up her staff. The way Andrea talked to me today as if we have not been customers for over 50 years was a disgusting. She couldn't answer any questions just went around in circles.Did not even sound like she wanted to help me, she seem to be discriminating against me. I would advise Shirley to have a talk with her or she will continue to lose business, because of her. She was dismissive and rude. I called another Allstate office and found better service and got my questions answered correctly. Call Angela Darby on Lakeshore Ave! Way better customer Service and outcome!

Andrea gave me a wonderful courtesy call and she helped me make a good decision regarding my earthquake insurance. She was kind and patient with all of my questions. Definitely recommend!

The Allstate team/staff at this location are awesome and very accommodating. I love the fact that they were patient, kind and helpful to find the best quote for my car insurance. You can come in to the office or simply call for any arrangements you may need.

They don't offer horrible as a rating, so I will use a rating of "Poor - Fair". We have been Allstate customers for 23 years and Ms. Stith has brought that to an end. We recently asked her to provide a detailed auto insurance quote. She instructed us to use the web tool because her office was too busy to provide this basic function?!?! In phone calls discussing the matter she was extremely rude. She did not listen, did not allow us to finish sentences, and did not explain her position.

There has never been a time that I have had a request that was not handled in a timely manner. The staff are very professional and Shirley Stith is a jewel.
