Before this company changed ownership, I had great difficulty. Now it is an absolute dream. They are super professional and prompt. No forgotten calls, delays or problems like before. Sara has been awesome! So helpful and kind! I have all my policies with them - auto, home owners, umbrella and contractor insurance for my business. Their prices are great and service even better. I highly recommend!

Last Friday, I called with questions about my policy, specifically regarding different amounts that have been withdrawn from my account since September. Unfortunately, the answers I received were inconsistent and unclear. I asked to speak with you directly, but the receptionist informed me that a supervisor would return my call the same day. I never received that call. I then sent a follow-up email and received a response from Claudia asking me to call the office. When I did, she was in a meeting, and another representative insisted on assisting me. However, I was still unable to get clear answers to my questions. Julia Cagle is THAT girl!! She helped us tremendously with figuring out our home insurance policy for our condo as first time home buyers. She responded to us quickly, explained things in terms I could understand and worked so quickly to help us secure insurance before our 21 day close. She coordinated with our loan officer and loan processor to make things run smoothly. Also she would reach out to me with any updates even when she was out of office (my bad Julia!) I truly wouldn't want to work with anyone else-Julia is the best!

It was great experience yet once again talking to agent Kelly. Kelly resembles a great knowledge of understanding her customers needs and explains with great help n dignity.

Nonstop rate hikes ever since I've been with them. When I call, they reroute me all the time and say "sorry you pay 133% of your previous premium. it's company policy." Glad to hear my fellow insured are also getting squeezed all across the state. Makes me feel so much better.
