January 15, 2026 This is my second(2nd) time to sit down for an appointment at State Farm Insurance building in San Leandro, CA. I, moreover, want to say CUSTOMER SERVICE gives an opportunity for State Farm Insurance representatives, including Jerry Garcia, to display their unique skills to communicate. I walk in puzzled frame of mind, but after speaking with a State Farm Insurance representative on January 15, 2026 after 2:30pm, I leave with a smile on my face to say "Good Job" in communicating and understanding to the used State Farm Insurance representative to provide me with the necessary information. I have been with state farms for 10 years and my father was with them for 30 years and have had a wondful relationship with then. Have had a couple of claims and that were supper fast to pay me some of my other associates have not been as fortunate with other companies.
