I came in to get a quote and worked with Krystal. She was very kinda and explained everything to me about the different coverages available. She answered all my questions and I will most definitely be recommending all my friends and family go to her for insurnace . If I had to choose where I get my insurance I wouod definitely choose to work with Krystal again she was awesome. Thank you again!!!

I was walking by minding my own business when one of the agents stopped me and asked if I knew how much money I was wasting on conventional insurance. Naturally this peaked my interest and began to question my poor life decisions. She led me inside and asked me a series of questions to see how much money I would be saving, and of course who doesn’t like to save money. Even my son knows the value of money and he’s 3 years old! I couldn’t let him down and I ended up obtaining an insurance policy and even made a new friend! I couldn’t be happier with this interaction as the agent answered all my questions, she addressed all my concerns in a very organized fashion, and best of all she saved me money! The experience I had was good when I called Long Beach not being able to locate my agent I called San Leandro office those people are horrible I wanted to cancel and the woman told me it would be $50 to cancel, the contract hadn't even started yet they took one down payment wasn't even a month yet.. don't do business with no one but Long Beach information desk
