Shelter Insurance - Kelly Veach

I was in the parking garage next door for maybe less than a minute helping my grandma pay her parking fee , and somehow that was enough time for “someone” to leave me a dramatic note. Not sure if they were having a tough day or just needed a creative outlet, but wow…what a performance, very unprofessional, very cowardly.

We recently worked with Kelly on a roof replacement at his office, and he was outstanding to work with. We’d absolutely recommend Kelly Veach to any homeowner looking for a knowledgeable and dependable insurance agent. He’s the kind of partner that makes our job easier—and ultimately helps homeowners get the results they deserve.

Kelly and Marge are the best, very helpful in getting the best coverage for the right amount of money. They are now handling all of our properties! Thank you for always having an Open parking spot for us in downtown Columbia makes coming in even more pleasant!

No wonder why Kelly doesn’t get back to you on quotes or talk to you in person because he’s too worried about people parking in a spot for less than a minute. Very rude, he could have just asked nicely! He should have just called a tow company. If I’m ever in the market for insurance I will never use him!!

Do not recommend. I never even spoke with Kelly, and was instead passed to his assistant? Secretary? Partner? I have no idea, because it was never made clear to me who I was in communication with, even when asked (her name was Marge or Marjorie). I requested a quote, and after calling back on my own multiple times, was provided with a quote, but also texted a picture of my back door. No information, no clear refusal to insure, just a photo of my back door. I called and requested further information about what this meant, but never heard back. Additionally, I scheduled several times to talk with Kelly and/or his “team” and was never directly contacted beyond the initial callback. Never (3 separate scheduled times ignored). I would never use this agent or his office again, I’m blown away by
