Carla over at Shanna Stringfield’s Statefarm office is spectacular. We were previous customers of this agency some years ago and have no idea why we left. Coming back was like we never left and the communication and attention to detail by Shanna and her staff are top notch. When looking for an agent customer service should be key along with price and all the other stuff. Shanna & staff thank you for welcoming me and my family back to the StateFarm family.

Kelly was amazing to work with and was able to help me on the spot to get a better rate on my car insurance. She was extremely professional while being very personable. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I couldn’t be more happy with the service and rates.
