I’ve been with Statefarm since 2014 , I always had a good experience with them Anytime I needed to file a claim or even just pay a bill. Heather Core was very polite and helping when it came to adjusting my insurance payment which was very high she was able to get it to a reasonable price , I’m very grateful. The whole team of James Brusia has made me feel welcoming and has helped me through every process I ever had as if they knew me personally .

Heather has been great! She follows up with me and has spoken directly with my condo associations insurance provider to make sure I had the proper coverage. She has been patient and consistent in making sure I complete the process and has been extremely pleasant and understanding the entire time.

Truly disappointed in the customer service. When I purchased another home someone recommended him. James himself persistently called me to persuade me to choose him as my agent. Due to the persistence and who recommended him I obliged. However, once I requested to speak with him regarding an issue after being a customer for almost 3 years with several policies, I never received a call from James. My disappointment is rooted in wishing the persistence continued as a customer and not just for gaining my initial business. Last month I received a "checking in" email from the business (probably automated) which prompted my review. I am hopeful this review will be taken into consideration with this business' other and future clients. I have found another provider. Wishing them the best.

Hands down the best. Very professional and satisfied with the service. Heather is the BEST. She assists me with all my concerns. She responds to my emails right away. Never have to wait for anyting!!
