Shane Mason - State Farm Insurance Agent

Hi, I recently had a telephone discussion about my car and homeowners insurance needs with Sarah Logan. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable, gave me many options, and was an excellent listener when I had questions. I need to check in more often (like once a year) to update and/or learn more about what is going on with my insurance, and Sarah was wonderful also with sending a followup email and call after our discussion. I feel very comfortable and confident with my choice of State Farm for insurance going forward :)

I've worked with Shane Mason and Amanda Riddle for years. I've always appreciated their efforts to really know how we are (and remember us between conversations) and to understand our family's needs. I have three kids who all became new drivers in the last few years and they made things easy to add them and were very patient when we talked through the inevitable ding(s) that happened. We also have moved and took that opportunity to shop around and we ended right back with Shane and Amanda for so many reasons.

Sarah Logan was great going over my annual review on all my auto insurance coverages and home owner's insurance. She sent email in advance with PDF attached, so it made it easy to see all the additional products and services that State Farm has to offer. She answered all my questions, and also sent follow-up email that includes all the additional products and services we touched base on.

The Mason agency is a knowledgeable and easy-to-work-with professional insurance agency. The staff is well-trained and experienced in the insurance industry, which makes the process of obtaining insurance much simpler. I highly recommend the Mason agency to anyone looking for reliable insurance services.
