When I first became eligible for Medicare last April, Cassandra Clairmont assisted me in selecting a supplemental policy suited to my needs. She was very helpful, friendly, and took plenty of time to answer my questions. After the first year I was on that policy, it was discontinued. I reached back out to her, and once again she helped me find a suitable policy. She seems to take a genuine interest I’m me and my needs, and you don’t always get service like that. Brenda Larson was very helpful to me when I needed to replace my Medicare supplement that was no longer offered. I asked for someone to call me about their services. However they refused to have anyone reach out until I answered some very personal medical questions which I told them to take me off their list because I was NOT going to put that type medical information on the internet. Not sure that's not a HIPPA violation and if they are really a respectable organization. Beware.
