Sadly, I cannot recommend this group. After calling them to receive personal insurance services, I was not connected with an agent and said to work with a general customer service person until they got all my details. I'll spare the details and summarize by saying: overall lack of attention to detail and lack of attention to customer service (I had to consistently follow up with them as a potential new customer). I did not at all feel valued during the "process" (or honestly lack thereof), even after kindly expressing concerns about it to their manager. So, I started pursing other options. I'm sure they're nice people, but I did not feel they were good at their job.

I've been using McKee & Andrews for over 20 years. L does a great job working and advocating for our family. We are very grateful to have her in our corner. As I write this, she just saved us A LOT OF MONEY with better coverage! I highly recommend McKee & Andrews.

McKee and Andrew’s insurance has been my go to for 25 years of business, home, auto, and recreational vehicles. Mike is honest and friendly, and Lynda just plain gets things done!! On top of that he is an independent so he can compare many different companies to get the best coverage and rate. I cannot recommend an insurance agent higher.
