Jesse is amazing! He did exactly what we asked for and has been wonderful with answering questions and, in my opinion, has gone above and beyond any agent I’ve ever had. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone and everyone. Keep up the great work, friend! Jessica I agree with what she said. Not only did he answer all our questions thoroughly but brought up information and topics that were relevant and useful for us to know that we didn’t even think to ask or wonder about prior to. Furthermore he is a good-hearted caring and funny person who sought to ensure our satisfactiion not only regarding car insurance but in life in general. I switched to State Farm for the cost savings (I’m a single mom, I can use every extra penny!), but the bonus I got with scoring Jesse as my account manager goes beyond anything I was expecting. I work nights, and he is respectful of my awake/sleep schedule, which is HUGE! My own boss and co-workers don’t even do that. I have been with Jon's agency State Farm for just 2 years. Though it takes time to really get to know your agent and people within, (usually with a hardship!) can say that 2 things have already truly impressed me. 1 - The staff is personal and they listen. I have dealt with Brandon, Jesse and of course Jon - they are courteous, get back to me quickly and with complete explanations. I like the fact that they do a face to face yearly meeting to discuss and go though policy. Jesse offered options for different things in our face to face meeting which I liked. Regardless if I use them right away - I like understanding the options. 2 - I got hit by a cybertruck last year which totaled my car. I submitted a request online and within a couple hours, Jon had one of his account managers contact me to get my policies set up. Taylor was extremely helpful and provided a great refresh on my coverage and explain nuances of moving from a different state. The entire process was super easy and painless! I really appreciated the team's personability and outstanding professionalism.
