I’ve been insured via State Farm/Seths office since I was 16 years old and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them. They’re always very friendly and helpful! When my windshield was cracked, the process to get it replaced was honestly a lot easier than I thought. I would recommend State Farm to anyone! Also the rates are fantastic

When trying to find insurance as a first time insurance holder and putting my husband on my insurance, Hannah has been the most incredible person to work with..she has patience with help me and always answering my questions and she’s very respectful, thank you Hannah for all you do for me and my husband.

Less than 48 hours ago I rear ended a vehicle (at about 20 mph). In that time, Seth/and the team have made this claim seamless. Took the car to the body shop/arranged for a rental.....so easy! And, the best news...the car is repairable! It is true....like a good neighbor Seth's team is there!!!!!

Lack of knowledge. We’ve been contemplating looking for a new agency for a number of years. This time it took 4 phone calls from them to complete a task I’ve had done as recently as last spring. That was their last chance at knowledgeable communication. I’ve switched agencies.
