Sheryl and staff are liars and thieves. After canceling coverage on a vehicle sold it took months to get my returned premium of $900 since then I dropped coverage on another vehicle and have been waiting several months for return. I have been lied to several times by Sheryl and her staff. Her employee Mike also threatened me with physical violence as well. Beware of this horrible business
