Nathan Dao - State Farm Insurance Agent

I am thrilled with Nathan Dao and State Farm for all of my insurance needs. He does a great job explaining the benefits of having the right amount of insurance for your specific needs. I am also grateful for how easy it is to contact his office. Everyone does a great job following up. The website is great and I save a lot with "Drive Safe and Save" app. Well done Nathan!

The claim process for hail damage on a house has been a nightmare. State Farm sent out an assessor from Seek Now, a company with universally awful reviews. I get the damage report and it's clearly missing damaged items, conveniently covering just under my deductible in costs. I found an independent inspector who came out and documented way more damage than Seek Now did and took over my claim. We're now over four months into the process with no end in sight. Every call to the claims office has a 20+ minute wait to speak to someone. The auto rates are also far from competitive at this point even though I've been a State Farm customer for a decade now. Just a bad experience all around with this company.

I’ve been with StateFarm for ~25 years and never had such poor experiences as I’ve had with Nathan’s office. My rates have sky rocketed this year despite 1 car being a non driving insured vehicle, and the other logging under 10k miles per year. He’s given no heads up on the rate increases and no reasonable explanation. My time with his office over the past two years has completely soured my opinion of StateFarm and will be looking elsewhere. Bravo Nathan.

Definitely recommend! I had renter's and non-owner car insurance through Nathan Dao and his team. I never had to file a claim, but did call several times with questions about my coverage, e.g. did I need more coverage with a moving truck, etc. Every time I called someone answered the phone and either gave me an answer right away, or a few times looked up the answer and then called me right back. There was no upselling, and they explained things very well. It's so nice to be able to call a number, and someone answers who is incredibly helpful, professional, and looking out for you!

Nathan and Corrine have insured my home, rental properties, and cars for over 6 years. I couldn't be more happy with their service and professionalism! Highly recommend to everyone.
