One Source Insurance Brokers

I have little interaction with One Source insurance but the agent and the carrier and they definitely dropped the ball on a 5+ year policey that went from $2900 to $7200 with no warning from my agent. I heard back two days later that she was dealing with personal issues. I get it we work to support ourselves and family. I am a business owner and took care of both my parents in their last months and can promote every message was returned daily. My agent was like whatever it's happening to everyone attitude. I made one phone call today and with a new company my policy is $400 cheaper before they jacked up the price..
