I've been calling Natosha Ferrall daily trying to get my claim resolved but she's never answering her calls and never could reach her and never got a call or an email back from her and its been over a month since the incident happened. Worst insurance ever.
I don't have Selective Insurance. The contractor I used did. When the contractor damaged my house he turned the claim into his insurance. They ran out and dried the water damage and then said it would cost less to fix the damaged ceiling, because it was dry. They were hard to deal with by claiming they can take a deduction off the claim for the ceiling being not new. I had to pay to return my house to "Normal." When hidden damage to the Hard wood floor was discovered they said I signed a general release so they don't have to pay. I Have damage to my house that will cost me over a thousand dollars to repair. BTW, the hard wood floor was new! I will never hire a contractor who uses Selective. They aren't fair or ethical.
Strong-arm artists. They'll lowball the payout then threaten to charge you the shop storage fees if you don't take their scrap offering. If you're a small business, get ready for the Civil suit this company will cost you if your employees ever cause an accident.
If I could give them a zero I would! I was rear ended by one of their customers 2 weeks ago. The body shop sent them an estimate over a week ago and they STILL haven't given the OK to fix it. I am on vacation in NJ and my car is in PA! I have no idea when I'll be able to go back to Indiana where I live!! They are awful!!!
If you're a small bussines don't ever get insurance from this company we have them insured our small flooring company for over 5 years, yesterday they took over 20 thousand dollars from our account without any kind of notice that can cripple a small business like ours they don't care they're just after our money regardless of what happen to their customers, audit from last year was performed we never received any kind of notice for the results
