Not a good experience with this agent's office. We have had a couple of 3rd party responsible liability claims on our property caused by the opposite party, which should be paid by the other party's insurance company. State Farm did not handle these claims properly in dealing with the other company. Even after so many calls and emails, no help from this agent's office.
