This has been the worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. The lady handling my payment was completely unprofessional and careless. On September 12, I told her very clearly I wanted to pay $500 in cash and $50 on card. Instead of listening, she charged my card $500, even though I never authorized that. When it declined, she tried to send me to QuickChek to deposit money, which would have charged me ATM fees. That is not customer service. Luckily, someone else in the office helped me out and I was able to pay them cash while they covered the card portion for me. To make things worse, on September 30 they called me saying my policy was going to be canceled if I didn’t pay when I had already paid in full on the 12th! I went back and they made me pay another $50. Basically, I got overcharged

I wanna thank Gigi for her time today ! I called here a week ago stressing out and not having any luck with insurance until Gigi here came in clutch and helped get a good price for such an expensive car. She has an amazing personality and will always guide you through any questions you have. Id say my experience here today was a 10/10

The woman in charge of vehicle insurance provides very poor service. They use your personal information without prior authorization, make you sign documents without explaining them, and even leave notes threatening to cancel your insurance policies overnight. Additionally, if you disagree with them, she threatens to call the police. It is also extremely frustrating to arrive at an office that serves the public and find a television blaring at full volume, as if it were a movie theater. It leaves much to be desired for an office that is supposed to provide customer service.

Mrs. Gigi was very knowledgeable and kind explaining everything, thank you for helping me with this process. Your are the best.
