They handle multiple customers for me and they always get it right, make it affordable and hold your hand if you need it!! The customer service I get from here is second to none!! Make an appointment and bring all your current info or send it to them email and they will help you!! Insurance is protection and K Mcoy does it best!!

The experience here is not what it used to be. I grew up in this neighborhood, my family has used Mccoy forever. The decision to handle my car insurance directly with progressive was a smart move. Price went down, and it's one phone call to speak with a rep., 24/7

Mr. Ken have retired and he sold the company to new ownership, after his retirement this agency performance have dropped from 100% to 1%. I am their customer since 2011 and always received five star service but since new management have took over, they have no clue what they doing now, will not return or answer your phone calls, it's been over a week and still no answer or email yet
