Select Health

First time getting insurance through Select Health, so I had quite a few questions! It feels rare these days to find customer service reps who are truly patient and don’t rush you or immediately transfer you to another department. I can’t remember the names of the two representatives who helped me, but they were outstanding! They were patient, professional, and showed a lot of emotional intelligence. They took ownership, figured things out without making me repeat myself, and most importantly, answered every question clearly! If this is the standard Select Health holds for customer support, I’m genuinely excited to be a member!

I was helped by Mckenzie today snd she was wonderful. She answered all my questions, went out of her way to answers she did not know at first. She was very pleasant to work with, and even gave me information that she felt would help me in the future. Very happy to gave spoken to her today!

I had the pleasure of working with Madison and Elizabeth on correcting some issues. They were both very helpful and resolved my issue. They went over and above! Mailings of information. First: They arrive up to two months after the matter has already occured. I.E Something happens in August and you get notified late September.

Agent was very helpful. Quick and easy to change policy. Have used Select Health insurance for years, always good about paying claims.

Changed my insurance premium mid month after using my benefit. Basically blackmailed me into paying 500 dollars or going to collections. Will never use select health as an insurance company ever again
