Chad McDonald and his group have been wonderful to work with. My first appointment with Chad required him driving through the snow in Garden Valley, getting stuck and finding a way to get to my home which he did. Chad has always been very accommodating and he and is group are very knowledgeable about all the available plans. Getting Medicare was a frightening event that I stressed over for months. I did not know where to start and how to handle all the mail I was getting promising me this and that.
