We have worked with Aaron Flake for a number of years. If you want a person to help you or assist, he an his fine staff are the ones you need to call. We always appreciated the yearly cards with updates and watched his fine family grow over the years. Each time we have needed assistance, or to make a change in plans, Aaron and his great team provided information, via email or phone and assisted in a very timely manner. We signed up with Aaron 4 years ago. At that time he placed us with Regence.Unfortunately Regence isn't taking Medicare patients any longer. My husband died 2 1/2 years ago. Being on my own has been a challenge for me but I am in charge of everything now. So when this happened Aaron got ahold of me and walked me thru the entire process of selecting a new plan. He even signed me up. He would be in contact with me ever so.ofyen and even today sent me info on Blue Cross. I am most grateful having him as my medical insurance broker. By the way his staff is excellent too and in the beginning provided a wonderful video to view We are all in good hands with Aaron Katherine Rabello

The event was well organized, lots of handouts, PowerPoint - even coffee and donuts! But, most importantly, Aaron presented the information on our new insurance plans very skillfully, in language we could understand. He patiently answered questions, concerns, and is offering a wealth of resources to help us through the decision making and enrollment process. Aaron has been a tremendous access to us. He gives opinions but never pressures. He has a good knowledge base and is willing to answer the same questions from year to year. Without his help, our decisions would be less educated and require a lot more work on our behalf.
