Yesterday, I met with my State Farm insurance agent, Kathy Chambers, in Meridian. I’ve worked with Kathy for several years. She is easy to work with, so nice and always prepared, and reviews all coverage with me to ensure I understand the coverage and benefits. I’m never been pushed into over-coverage, but she lets me know of areas for which I could take advantage. Such a great experience at Kathy Chambers State Farm. I was greeted right away by the front desk, which made me feel very welcome. Danielle was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was insuring two vehicles after moving to Idaho from out of state, and she made the process easy and stress free. You can really tell they care about their customers. Highly recommend!

My wife was in an accident, two cars back stopped at a stoplight when a driver turned right going too fast and struck her. Did everything right, called the police and insurance agent. Upon speaking with Kathy, we asked the question on whether we should get a rental while ours was in the shop. Mind you, we don’t have rental insurance due to having a third vehicle we can drive, though wouldn’t be easy to meet the needs our SUV provides having a sports kid. The advice we were given by Kathy was the other insurance company would pay for a similar vehicle we lost while ours was being repaired. So, we got a similar vehicle to fill the need.
