Post-Covid it was very difficult for me to get contractors with the expertise, time and interest to give estimates and then do the restoration of our badly damaged barn. We learned it is one thing to build a barn, yet it is quite another to get it resurrected to its former self. That said you and Security Mutual were patient and nothing short of amazing in enduring all the contractor issues on our end which took over one year to resolve. He misinformed my insurance company about the reasoning behind my appliance no longer working, thus resulting in the insurance company no longer helping me. In the inspectors email it clearly stated it died due to water damage. He told the insurance company it was due to age, and they will no longer help me in any way. Thanks Mike.

Lying, deceitful thieves. Lied numerous times to my insurance company. Typical insurance adjuster. Paid only half of my honest claim. I don't see a difference between them and politicians.
