We started working with Tom Healy of Jaeger and Flynn in January of 2017. We have found them to be very responsive and proactive. They are a very professional organization and we would highly recommend them to any company!

Fully agree with others that this company is awful. Even after submitting proof of payment I'm unable to get reimbursed for the money spend. Avoid at all costs. Run if you can away from this scam.

We’ve had nothing but good experiences with this company. They represent our County and the retirees for the administration and billing our health insurance. As a retiree living in and out of state, with the many complications that arise, they’ve always come through and solved the problems which often occur between the county and the health insurance company and our account, and make it work out. That’s their job.

Had claim denied with money in account still. Was not given a reason why and then someone else called and they gave it to me

hated it....this company is despicable do have to deal with....we have it send our UNION BUSINESS TO THESE ..SHUDDER ...SLIME..............AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
