What a great experience! Account Manager Katie Kelley was outstanding in her knowledge, personality and can do attitude. Truly an amazing person and a pleasure to work with. The 2 home insurance policies she found and executed for me had more comprehensive coverage and together was less money than my existing single home insurance policy. She really knows insurance info and was extremely professional and responsive. I highly recommend working with this company, especially if you can work with Katie Kelly Frohlich! Five stars plus!

I can't pick just one "like" to describe this company! Everyone is always so nice, very professional (I feel like I always ask mundane questions, but they always treat me with respect and never make me feel unimportant; no question is too big or too small), they always answer any correspondence quickly, they are so easy to work with; if I need to make changes or have questions about billing they always get me what I need or direct me where to go.
