Dealing with insurance categorically sucks, but the secretaries are very kind and thorough, the agents are professional, prompt, and attentive to detail. They do a good job of giving it a “small hometown business” feel which makes a big difference when you’re navigating the system. Nobody wants to deal with insurance, but since you gotta, you might as well work with these guys. Joanne took great care of me this week and I can confidently say I’d recommend her and the rest of the team to anyone I know.
