Worst amongst all the state farm agents. They never pick the call. I have been trying to update my drivers info on my insurance card and its been months and no one has responded, no matter how many zillion times I call them…
Sean Laughlin's office has become impossible to get in contact with. I have left multiple phone messages and emails with no response.
Horrible at calling back regardless of reasons. Been trying to make changes for 3months. No one calls back
Not sure Sean is in it to win it as the saying goes. Really does not care about answering questions promptly. Office staff is clueless. Not what I'd expect from State Farm - almost complete lack of customer service. The man is almost NEVER in his office, takes weeks to reply to emails, and is never available for phone calls. Mind boggling.
Stormie is always a great help when I have questions or need to make changes to my policies.
