I had been a customer for many years also multiple policies. I called the office several times to obtain records from Mortgage and vehicles. The young lady refused to give me the info because my ex husband still had policies. I wasn't asking for his current , I was asking for the ones with my name included. She was rude and left me on hold 15 mins, hoping I would hange up. I was with this office and brought alot of customers from dealership I worked for to this location when it first opened. These young workers today have no customer service training.

Courtney is always a pleasure to speak with. She is knowledgeable and prompt. I called today because I planned to go elsewhere for a quote, but Courtney and I found a way to save me money, thus canceling the need to seek coverage elsewhere. As I mentioned to her, I am not a fan of change, and I really prefer to stay with State Farm, especially since I've been with them for well over 10 years. I'm so glad that she and State Farm were able to meet my expectations.

She has been the best navigating a very complex situation regarding my auto insurance policies that encompasses multiple drivers and variable situations. She has been phenomenal with her expertise in the industry combined with her ability to adapt that skill set to our personal situation. This has resulted in an exceptional experience with her. I will say that not everyone in the office has provided this experience so if you come across this just ask for her and she will ensure u get not only the best experience but the best price!

Over the years I've considered shopping around and have done so, maybe once or twice but I keep it easy and stay with this State Farm office for myself and my family's needs. Courtney is a delight to work with and is always great at responding and answering any questions I have for myself or my parents. She's honest, kind and ensures you fully understand your policy. 10/10 reccomend

As always fast, friendly and professional. Courtney signed me up with Brian Burklow and State Farm way over 12 years ago. I have only had one claim in that time. My car was damaged by hail. State Farm responded quickly. The State Farm adjuster came out and made a fast fair assessment. Less than a week later I had a check in hand. Courtney as always been there for me with a smile that comes through the phone. When I retired and moved to Marble Falls I stayed with Burklow because of Courtney.
