Goosehead Insurance - David Fahrenholz

My family used David for several years and believed he was doing us right. Then this year he failed to communicate our needs to our insurer and told me that he couldn’t find a better policy rate for my home. I started seeking quotes on my own and found an insurer that was significantly lower and provided better coverage. I have now insured 2 homes and my vehicles with other insurers saving myself over $3000 a year. In short, David does not meet his fiduciary responsibilities to his clients. The irony of this is that Goosehead Insurance actually writes policies with the company I switched to.

My insurance was much lower in price than expected. It was easy to get it and only took a few minutes.

David is always on top of our insurance needs. Frequently he contacts me for timely checkups and potential savings. I would highly recommend him to anyone shopping for a new insurance agent

Shoutout to David (Dave). Thanks for doing what you do. SO I THOUGHT BUT PLEASE READ THE UPDATE: over the past 5 months the service with goosehead and safeco has went downhill. Dave is typically "too busy" to ever respond or call back but if it's regarding getting him commission, he will respond in seconds. I wouldn't recommend goosehead (especially Dave) to anyone unless you are looking to be disappointed every month with increases and excuses

Our insurance agent/broker David Fahrenholz has found us some good deals, saving us money and getting us the protection we need. Very responsive and does his research. Highly recommend.
