This should be zero stars! We've been customers for over 35 years, and we've never missed a payment. Our roof has a gigantic hole and missing shingles all over, all of insulation in our attic was destroyed, there is inside damage from water leaking through the hole, wired smoke detector system was destroyed, and we no longer have a fence due to Hurricane Beryl. State Farm is saying that it will only cost $2,000 to repair everything. The estimates we've received average about $31,000 for just the roof. Butch is absolutely useless and doesn’t even have knowledge of the appraisal process. He actually told me that he would hire an attorney if it were him. Why should I have to retain an attorney? Recently we had to travel to Pennsylvania on family business. Because of all the business details we were dealing with, we completely forgot to pay our flood insurance. Tara Smith who has been our agent since we moved to The Atascocita/Humble area in 2001; knows how concerned I am about keeping our flood insurance up to date.
