Robert was awesome! Taking his time to explain all aspects of our policies and trying to see where we may save some money. Explaining everything in a language that us “senior citizens “ can understand. He is a great a asset to your company. I have recommended our granddaughter and her husband to go and talk to Robert regarding their car insurance.

Spoke with Cale yesterday to go over my policies. He was able to see a couple areas that could be improved to cover me in the “oh no” moments in life that are unexpected. He was fun to chat with; great personality. I also love Scott’s office for car insurance. They have taken care of car issues in a timely fashion and call me when I forget to pay my bill, which I am forever grateful for because I am super busy and this helps keep me on the straight and narrow with the laws around insurance! Needed a tow yesterday to the garage for my truck and so I called the 800 number or the number for towing and got a tow truck within 30 minutes. It was wonderful. The driver was very courteous, respectful and had my truck out of here and to the mechanic within a short length of time. A very good experience would recommend State farm towing or insurance to anybody that needs automobile insurance always been very helpful and respectful and and took care of any of my needs right away

Scott Schumaker State Farm has been a solid company with integrity in the North State. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. Robert Sanchez has provided my family with good advice, taking the time to discuss and explain the different coverage options. He also provided excellent service for one of our good friends for years, guiding him to make wise choices for home, vehicle, and personal property coverage, that paid off in some hard situations. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I met with Cale yesterday to go over our policies. He was so informative and gave us some guidance on our homeowners insurance, which we had not been aware of,. He offered some insight we hadn't thought about, so thorough with his suggestions.
