I’ve been with Dee Stover at State Farm for over fifteen years, and she and the staff at her office have always been helpful, accessible and expedient. Most recently I needed to add my daughter to my auto insurance policy, and Juli was able to do it by phone immediately. When I later had a follow up question I was able to reach her by email and she responded quickly. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I am heading into retirement, turning 65 in January. Dee Stover is my auto insurance rep and she was right on top of my need for Medicare registration. I got a letter from her well in advance requesting an appointment to go over Medicare requirements. She is so knowledgeable and friendly, and went through the entire process with me. She told me what coverages I did and did not need and advised me of the limitations around signing up. I had heard that there were real ramifications if you didn't sign up in the right time frame and she knew all about that, was able to explain Part A and Part B and then the supplemental coverages, and helped me choose what was right for me.
