I have been with Farmers for a bit now and have had outstanding service from day one. I have worked with Kelly Kremer since we began our policy with Farmers. She has helped us in shopping for the best policy for total coverage and with the best pricing. She has been patient in answering my questions yearly to be sure that we have the appropriate coverage to cover the cost of rebuilding (should things go awry). We live in California where our insurance prices have been going up and up, coverage has been going down and lastly the loss of insurance choices (due to insurance companies leaving the state). But, she has been a trooper throughout my yearly angst about coverage. I cannot recommend Farmers Insurance and Kelly Kremer enough. She is awesome! Thank you Kelly.
