We found Alan (via Nextdoor) at his information table in Walmart last year when our Advantage plan terminated coverage in Shasta County. He spent so much time helping us sort through our options and getting us enrolled in a new plan. Fast forward to 2025 and de ja vu, once again our Advantage plan has terminated Shasta County coverage. And, once again, Alan's knowledge, patience, and kindness got us through the confusing maze of Medicare supplement plans. My husband and I gratefully appreciate Mr. Alan Parkman’s service. The medical enrollment period is stressful each year. It was especially so for 2026 because no insurance companies offer Medicare Advantage PPO anymore in our area. Worst of all, it seems that no primary care providers would accept Medicare Advantage HMO. A kind receptionist of a medical center suggested that I should call Alan.
