Scott Amick - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with Scott Amick for 25 years. Competitive rates and I like that I can talk to real members of his staff easily and not have to go through multiple phone messages. All of his current staff are top notch but a special shout out to Aubrey, my assigned agent( even though all can help you). Aubrey is always cheerful, returns call or emails promptly and genuinely seems to really enjoy her job there helping clients.

On March 21 I went to the state farm office in Lexington. Scott Amicks office. I had issues with the drive safe app. Carlie spent about 20 minutes with me to get it right. She was so nice and helpful. She helped me fix my problem. She is one reason I am staying with State Farm.

Aubrey is amazing. She was so fast and efficient with her service and saved me so much time. Thanks to Aubrey and your great team!

Those looking to have a great insurance experience, I highly recommend the Scott Amick team. I switched all of my policies to them and they made the process as easy and effective as possible. They’re always there with quick responses whenever I need them or don’t understand insurnace things haha.

Scott and his staff are wonderful! Wouldn't think of going anywhere else for car or homeowners insurance. I have been a loyal customer for a very long time and will be for many years to come.
