My auto insurance had gone up with another insurance company. I checked with Progressive's local Carter Insurance group and was pleasantly surprised with their quote and signed up with them earlier this year. The transfer was accomplished quickly and easily.

The people at the Carter Insurance were very helpful. They were polite and listened. Miss Carter and Brett who assisted me with help when I called.

The Carter Insurance Group are fantastic. From auto and renters to health insurance, the team is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the client is satisfied. They explain everything and very patient with any questions or concerns. They treat you as a part of the family and I really appreciate that because that can be rare to find with insurance groups.
