I was searching for a new insurance provider after receiving a cancellation notice from my previous company, as they no longer operate in South Carolina. While looking online for a State Farm agent near me, I prayed to God to connect with someone kind and helpful. Then, Mrs. Bella called me regarding my inquiry, and she was truly an answer to my prayers! From the moment we spoke, Bella was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns, understand my needs, and provide me with the best possible coverage for my home and auto insurance. She explained everything in detail, making sure I fully understood my options, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. What stood out the most was how she went above and beyond to ensure I got the best rates

Great and professional service! Ms. Emily is the best! She is very knowledgeable, communicates well and very good at following up on important matters. Also, I’m not as tech savvy but she had no problem walking me through on how to submit requested documents. I highly recommend their services.

My agent was Josh Swearingen, and this was by far the best insurance experience I’ve ever had. He was knowledgeable, informative, and helped me save money in my insurance in ways my current insurance couldn’t. Overall, a great experience as a 20-year old trying to find a decent quote in the current economy. Would recommend to any other college students that are struggling with finding reasonably priced insurance and a knowledgeable, friendly agent.
