Would like to file a complaint with April the receptionist. Very rude and short. Unprofessional. she said “I’ve already told you? What else do you want?” And hung up on me before I could ask her another question. I left a voicemail for her to call me back. She text me a simple text. Instead of calling me back and answering my questions.

Hannah is an allstar!! I have had the pleasure to get to know her by her involvement within the community. She contributes to charities, educates the community and is genuinely a positive and caring person. As a mortgage broker, I have to have a deep trust and relationship to whomever I refer my clients to. Hannah has quickly earned this trust so much that I even used her for my personal coverage. She saved me hundreds annually, explained all the coverage and made sure I understood everything.
