I made an in office appointment to review my polices. When arrived, I was greeted by a staff member. She directed me to the account rep Kentawana. She was very nice and personable. She made me feel at ease. We went over my policies. She was very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. I'm very happy with visit. I would recommend Sam Greer to my friends and family.
Great service and knowledgeable staff! The girls in the office are so friendly and helpful, highly recommend for all you home, auto, and life insurance needs!
They charged my account even after I cancelled with them. I've waited for 3 weeks and have yet to receive my refund! They never mind taking your money, however, they take their sweet time when they owe you. I'm glad we switched to All State, saved us $140 a month.
Jess, Kentawna, Jenny, and Sam are absolutely wonderful people and help so much with my insurance needs.
The ladies there are always nice very friendly and helpful
